A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
So many people want to get help but don’t know how or where to start. Let me just say that I’m here to meet you where you are now. Therapy can be tough but it can also be a great place to learn more about yourself and others all while having a strong support system in your time of need. My hope is for you to walk out of your session thinking and feeling heard.

I am convinced the client/therapist relationship is one of the most healing aspects of therapy, so I take great care in making sure I treat my clients with honesty, respect, and compassion. In working together, we can create a deep connection and find balance in your life. Through this process, we can shine a light on issues that may be causing difficulty and trauma for you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold licenses in both Missouri and California. My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, breakups, and other everyday life stressors such as feeling stuck and overwhelmed in one or several areas of your life. I provide my clients with a non-judgmental and safe place to grow while exploring life through different perspectives.

Although I often work with adults, I also have extensive experience working with individual teens, college students, and families. I am a certified School Counselor and have a deep understanding of the issues students face within the school setting including peer pressure, academic problems, family stress, just to name a few.
